The controlled cultivation

Together with our experienced and long-standing cultivation staff, we make sure the vegetables and foliage plants are grown, tended to and harvested in a suitable way according to their type. We supervise our farmers in all phases of the cultivation; from seed collection to tendering measures and right up until it is time for the harvest.

In the interests of consumer protection, the field cultivation is also supervised by the Landeskuratorium für pflanzliche Produktion (LKP) within the scope of the controlled, integrated production.
Along with the requirement to record all crop cultivation methods, analyses of soil and plant residue are carried out.
