Server log files

With your application you declare your agreement that Völpel GmbH & Co. KG may store and process your data for the purposes of application, staffing and recruitment to which your application relates. Your data in the application process will be treated strictly confidentially and stored and processed by us in accordance with legal regulations, in particular the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu).

The personal data provided by the applicant will be stored, processed and used exclusively for the purpose of the application process. You will be forwarded to internal HR managers to process the application. In principle, only those persons have access to your data who need it for the proper course of our application procedure.

You can withdraw your application at any time and thus object to the storage and processing of your data. After completion of the application process, your data will be deleted in the event of a cancellation after six months in accordance with legal regulations.

Your personal data will be processed in the application procedure on the basis of § 26 BDSG-neu in connection with the decision to establish an employment relationship. Any processing required after completion of the application procedure (e.g. processing required for legal proceedings) shall be carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit f DSGVO.
